Tuzla has a glorious music past which was illustrated by number of very good orchestras and choirs, which worked on a professional and amateur level in the city.

Recently, the first post-war Chamber Orchestra was founded in Tuzla with 12 musicians of different profiles. Tuzla’s Chamber Orchestra has the aim to strengthen the cultural scene of Tuzla.

Their first concert will be held on Sunday in International Portraits Gallery, starting at 7 p.m.

The head of this Orchestra Nataša Kakeš said that the Orchestra has great violinists from Music High School, doctors who used to play violin, as well as other musicians from the region, who gladly joined the Orchestra.

Program that they’ve prepared for their first concerts consists of works by Mozart, Vivaldi, Straus, Brahms and Piazzolla.
