All the pilgrims from Bosnia and Herzegovina who will perform the Hajj this year, the fifth Islamic duty, arrived in Mecca this morning.
Among them are this year’s reisul-hujaj mr. Nusret-ef. Abdibegović, the rest of the leadership of the Office for Hajj and Umrah of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the remaining medical staff.
Expert associate of the Office for Hajj and Umrah Sajid-ef. Ramić stated that 159 pilgrims arrived on the last plane, which makes a total of 2224 of the planned 2225 citizens of our country who will perform the Hajj.
”Unfortunately, one woman had to give up at the last moment for health reasons, and I pray to God to give her health and, God willing, to be able to perform the Hajj as soon as possible,” said Ramić.
He assessed the implementation of the hajj so far as very successful, both in the part that related to Bosnia and Herzegovina and the send-off of future hajjs, but also in the part that refers to Saudi Arabia, from the landing of the plane, their transportation and accommodation in a hotel in Mecca.
“In the next few hours, we will set off on the way to Harem-sherif to perform the Umrah rite, in order to prepare in the following period for the imminent departure to Arefat and the performance of the Hajj rites,” Ramić said, as reported by MINA.
