Ana Babic appointed for the Chairman of the Assembly of Canton Sarajevo

babic2At the 5th emergency session of the Assembly of Canton Sarajevo (CS), former representative in the Assembly of CS from SBB was unanimously elected as the new Chairman of the Assembly.

After the agreement of a new coalition in the Canton Sarajevo, today started the appointment of new ministers from SBB to replace the ministers in the Government of CS from Democratic Front.

Previous Chairman of the Assembly of CS Sejo Bukva resigned on that position, and opera singer and vocal teacher Ana Babic was elected for new Chairman.

Representatives have 4 more items on the agenda.

These changes should confirm the new coalition majority that will now be consisted of ministers from SDA and SBB.

Proposed candidates from SBB for ministers are: Mirvad Kuric for the Ministry of Culture and Sports, Mario Nenadic for the Ministry of Justice, Ismir Jusko for the Ministry of Interior, Amela Dautbegovic for the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, Displaced Persons and Refugees and Zilha Ademaj for the Ministry of Health.
