Artist Sabahudin Muranovic can make your Portrait in 3 to 4 minutes?

exhibition2 (1)Exhibition of Serbian comic author, illustrator and cartoonist Sabahudin Muranovic Muran was held last night in Mellain center in Ilidza. Visitors had the opportunity to see his oils, aquarelle, graphics and original comic panel.

Sabahudin Muranovic, an artist from Prijepolje, founded a school of comics Moebius in his hometown, and he is also a winner of numerous awards and prizes at international comic book festivals.

As for the formal education in the field of drawing and painting, it is very important to emphasize that Muranović is self-taught artist.

He recently moved to Sarajevo in order to continue with his career in the capital of B&H, where he opened a small gallery and beauty salon.

Muran is professionally engaged in the hairdressing apprenticeship and he combines these two professions as he is considering both of them as the form of art, and he is finding inspiration for the comic heroes in his customers. What inspires him the most is the spiritual element in our reality, religion, and he is also planning to make comic display of the most famous people of B&H.

Muran has a skill of making of portraits very fast and he needs only 3 to 4 minutes for a portrait.

artistVisitors of the exhibition had the opportunity that artist creates their own portraits, by which he demonstrated the speed of his portraying. He made a dozen of portraits in an hour.
