bazar-budgettraveller-org_The Association of Bosnian-Asian Friendship (ABACUS), in cooperation with the Secondary Gymnasium Sarajevo, is organizing the first Asian diplomatic bazaar which will be held on Saturday, October 15, from 11 am until 4 pm in the premises of that school.

The bazaar will be organized with the aim of promoting and strengthening cooperation with Asian countries that are residentially and non-residentially present in BiH, as well as with diplomats, academic core, and business entities.

The Association ABACUS stated that embassies of Asian countries and companies that deal with sales of Asian products will present gastronomy, culture and art of Asian countries, while the students of Secondary Gymnasium will present poster-presentations about all Asian countries.

“Entire income from the bazaar will be used for the design of educational materials about Asia for high school students in BiH and a specially designed project in which peers will teach each other about Asia and its cultural, civilizational and socio-economic potentials, as well as about similarities with the society in BiH and in the Balkans,” it was stated by the Association ABACUS.
