According to data from the the Agency for Market Surveillance of BiH, out of 114 non-complied products, 46 were identified in the aforementioned seven categories. These 46 models represented a serious danger for its consumers.

Competent inspections in BiH are recommending citizens to first check the information that is stated on the declaration of the product, including the name of the producer and the country of its origin and not to buy the products without all the required data.

Consumers in BiH can also submit a complaint regarding product safety. Complaint can be submitted by phone, email, fax, personally or through online form that is available on the website of the Agency for Market Surveillance.
