Average Net Salary in FBiH in June 1,351 BAM

The average monthly net salary paid in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina per employee in June amounted to 1,351 BAM and is nominally lower by 2.4 percent, and in real terms by 1.9 percent compared to the previous month, the FBiH Bureau of Statistics announced.

Compared to the same month of the previous year, the average monthly net salary paid per employee for June was nominally higher by 7.1 percent, and in real terms by 5.5 percent.

The largest decrease in the average monthly net salary paid in FBiH in June compared to May was recorded in the production and supply of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning by 8.2 percent, health and social care by 7.3 percent, agriculture, forestry and fishing by 7.1 percent.

At the same time, the largest increase in the average monthly net salary paid was recorded in arts, entertainment and recreation by 2.2 percent, education by 0.9 percent, and administrative and auxiliary service activities by the same percentage.

The average monthly gross salary paid per employee in June in FBiH is 2,108 BAM and is nominally lower by 2.4 percent, and in real terms by 1.9 percent compared to the previous month.

Compared to the same month of the previous year, the average monthly gross salary paid per employee for June was nominally higher by 7.4 percent, and in real terms by 5.8 percent.
