Bosnia and Herzegovina national team coach Sergej Barbarez has announced the list of players he is counting on for the World Cup qualifiers against Romania and Austria next month.

Barbarez stressed that the team faces decisive matches and that the players are entering the final qualifiers with great motivation.

“Important matches await us that could bring the final epilogue of these qualifiers. We have a chance to do something big, a chance that we ourselves have deserved,” said the coach.

He added that he is pleased with the return of Sead Kolašinac and Arjan Malić after injuries, and that Amir Hadžiahmetović is returning to the national team, while Emir Karić will make his debut.

“I expect all the players to respond to the task in the best way possible, with ambition and confidence,” concluded Barbarez.
