“Unlike the last gathering, we will not be able to count on Kulenović, who is injured. Bajraktarević is not here either due to injury problems, and he has not had any playing time recently. He will certainly mean a lot to us in the future, but we will not be able to count on him at this gathering. The new name is Plzen striker Amar Memić, who has impressed with his performances and earned a call-up to the national team. We are looking forward to the return of Kolašinac and Radeljić, who missed the previous gatherings due to injuries,” said Barbarez.
When it comes to the players who received pre-call-ups, the coach said that he is counting on them and that they can join the team at any time.
“There are also young national team players Malić and Čelik, who are a guarantee for the future and we want to give them motivation to continue with quality work. They are certainly material for the national team, and they will also be important for our national team in the future,” added the coach.
The match with Romania is scheduled for March 21 in Bucharest, while on March 24, BiH will host Cyprus in Zenica, Fena news agency writes.
