[wzslider autoplay=”true”]Famous B&H designer Belma Tvico Stambol is presenting haute couture collection for the season spring-summer 2016, which is consisted of raincoats, coveralls, gowns and wedding dresses. This is only the first part of a collection that can be seen now, and the designer is working hard on her other creations.
Photo shooting of this part of the collection was done at several locations in Istanbul: Ortakoy, Arnavutkoy, next to the Galata Tower, next to the Hagia Sophia, as well as on the old railway station where the famous Orient Express was departing from.
The model presenting a dress is Dzejla Glavovic, photographer Eldar Nurkovic and E2 studio, and Admir Karisik was in charge for hair and makeup.
Belma says that she found the inspiration for the wedding dresses in fairy tales. Wedding dresses are not only white or beige, they are also in coral and pink colors for brides who like to be different.
“They are reflection of romance, tender and delicate, dreamy. We are especially proud of Adore wedding dress on which we were working for six months. This wedding dress is royal, made with a lot of crystals, beads, embroidered for hours, days, and even months…It is really special and different from the entire collection. It is the crown of our work and effort,” said Tvico.
The designer says that the second part of her collection, which is consisted of dresses, rain coats and overalls, was inspired by nature, architecture and the eternal beauty of a woman who works on herself, and which is spiritually rich.
