flasirana-vodaThe Food Safety Agency will participate in the formation of 11 food regulations in 2014, and will work on improving the implementation of food regulations that were adopted in B&H. This year, activities will continue on the conservation of natural mineral spring water, announced RTV Slon.

‘’We can say that we prepared such a legal framework that allows for equal treatment of domestic producers in comparison to importers, and also on the basis of the Ordinance on natural mineral and natural spring waters in the B&H Council of Ministers a commission was formed that deals with the recognition of natural water, mineral water and table water’’, said Dalibor Vidačak, the Spokesperson for the B&H Food Safety Agency.

When it comes to citizens, the B&H Food Safety Agency will continue with regular recommendations related to food safety, such as keeping food at appropriate temperatures, maintaining personal and food hygiene, work surfaces and regulations.

All these recommendations contribute to the protection of consumers from diseases that come from food.
