B&H Delegation Participated at the Session of Interpol General Assembly

Interpol_KolumbijaThe delegation of B&H consisting of the Director for Coordination of Police Bodies of B&H Himzo Selimović, and the Chief of Staff, Mirela Znaor participated in the 82 General Assembly of Interpol, which was held from 21–24 October in Cartagena, Colombia.

144 Interpol member states participated at the meeting with the theme “190 countries, one vision for the safer world”. The Assembly participants adopted 15 resolutions aiming to strengthen the fight against all forms of organized crime and terrorism.

The Delegates of the Interpol General Assembly discussed the importance of the fight against computer crime and new trends of medicine falsification and other goods.

Selimović during the Assembly had several bilateral meetings with delegations from Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Austria.
