BH Footballer Elvir Rahimic helps Children suffering from Cancer

Elvir Rahimic, a celebrated football player in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), made offered donations to children and young people who were suffering from cancer in the Association of Families and Friends of Children from Tuzla Canton.

“Elvir Rahimic is a longtime friend and patron of the “Pipol” Association for which we sincerely thank him. Rahimic was one of the first individual donors in the project to adapt and reconstruct the Hematology and Oncology Department at the Children’s Disease Clinic in Tuzla, where from the beginning of 2017, complete hospitalization of children suffering from cancers from the Tuzla Canton,” Amra Saracevic, president of the “Pipol” Association said.

Rahimic had previously supported projects for summer and winter rehabilitation for children and young people who are cured of cancer.

“Rahimic became this year’s one of the general sponsors of the project “Light after Dark”, which will hold a three-day summer rehabilitation for children and young people suffering from cancers from Tuzla Canton, accompanied by family members,” said Sarasevic for Fena.
