Bosnia and Herzegovina’s (BiH) Foreign Minister Igor Crnadak will meet on Tuesday,  August 27th, with Israeli Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Benjamin Netanyahu.

“A call by Prime Minister Netanyahu’s confirms the good relations between Israel and BiH and confirms the views expressed by Prime Minister Netanyahu in a letter addressed to Minister Crnadak in May last year, stating that the behavior of the Republika Srpska’s Representation in Israel will not spoil an excellent relationship with Israel which expresses the readiness to continue with the strengthening of the dialogue and cooperation with Republika Srpska and BiH in the forthcoming period,” was stated in the press release by BiH Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Israel and BiH both established diplomatic relations following the collapse of Yugoslavia at 1990s. Bosnia and Herzegovina’s embassy in Tel Aviv is the only Bosnian Herzegovinian representation in Israel, however, Israel does not currently have any diplomatic premises in BiH.
