The Deputy Chairman of the B&H Council of Ministers and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Zlatko Lagumdžija held a working-consultative meeting with his colleagues with the delegation of the B&H Football Association, which was attended by the President Elvedin Begić, Chaimrna of the Committee for Mediation and Counseling of the Football Association Ivica Osim and the General Secreatry Jasmin Baković.
The topic of the meeting was the preparations of the B&H Football Association as well as relevant state institutions for the upcoming World Cup that will be held in Brazil from 12 June to 13 July 2014.
Lagumdžija informed representatives of the B&H Football Association that at the initiative of the B&H Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the draft budget of B&H institutions for the next year, what is included is the formation of a temporary consular presidency, ‘’B&H House’, during the World Cup in Brazil with the primary aim of the B&H Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the state of B&H to be at the disposal of our couching, representation, B&H Football Association and all citizens of B&H who will be in Brazil during the duration of the most important sporting event next year, announced the B&H Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Bearing in mind that B&H does not have a diplomatic-consular presidency in South America, this consular detachment-‘B&H House’, would be a function of the temporary DKP, as well as for the promotion of the state of B&H.
