BIGMEV: Signing the Agreement between Agencies ”Nerda” and ”Zafer”

Through the Foundation BIGMEV, the Development agency of the north-eastern Bosnia – “NERDA” and the Development agency “ZAFER” (Kutahya, Manisa, Afyon and Uşak) of the Republic of Turkey, a Memorandum on the cooperation was signed in Sarajevo in the premises of BIGMEV.

BIGMEV so far managed to connect the development agencies REDAH (B&H) and BEBKA (Republic of Turkey), and SERDA (B&H) and GMK (Republıc of Turkey).

Signing of this agreement was preceded by the earlier cooperation of these two agencies that already applied for two projects in the EU programs.

11008417_978637925502045_6784215366725696417_nThe aim of the cooperation is the connection in the sphere of business, i.e. connecting of companies from one region to another, promotion of business potentials, exchange of experiences, training and education and  the mutual participation in the EU projects.

In the area covered by the Agency ZAFER lives 3 million people. The most developed sectors in this region are agriculture, sector of technique, manufacturing of parts and products of plastic, mining and health tourism.

In this region, precisely at the area of the municipality Manisa, there is the biggest Turkish factory for the production of households equipment, Vestel.
