Defense Minister Zukan Helez accused his colleague, the Minister of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) Nenad Nesic, of consuming narcotics, and Nesic already announced a lawsuit yesterday morning with a message that “alcohol clouded his mental state”.
“As for Nesic, it depends on how much “white” he snorted, that’s how he behaves. I need a speech therapist to understand what Nesic is saying. If you watch him carefully, you can see that he has real problems,” said Helez in an interview.
It didn’t take long for Nesic to answer, saying that “Zukan’s mental state is clouded by alcohol.”
“Zukan Helez is the bane not only of the Council of Ministers, not only of the Coalition of the Three parties but of the entire BiH. Alcohol seems to have clouded his mental state. That’s the only way I can explain the oscillations in his behavior. While he regularly tells us, from Republika Srpska (RS), at the meetings of the Council of Ministers that it is a great pity that Bosniaks do not have a leader like Milorad Dodik, to whom he takes off his hat and who is the leader of the region, he confronts Dodik in front of the cameras. While he addresses me as ‘Neske and brother’ during meetings, he accuses me of using narcotics in front of the cameras. In court, he will have the opportunity to prove his claims,” Nesic announced.
He said that he got drunk three times in his life and that it was his biggest sin.
“But even then, I didn’t beat people in the hospital parking lot, or in bars, or in the stadium like Helez did. But, certainly, the experience before the courts will come in handy in the upcoming trials,” added Nesic with a message to Helez that he is not “trying to soften him up as he did before”, Klix.ba reports.
