The head of BiH diplomacy, Elmedin Konaković, requested sanctions and urgent action from the leaders of the European Union, the United States of America, Great Britain, and member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation against all individuals responsible for the use of state Serbian institutions, political authority and military honors during the funeral of war criminal Ratko Mladić in Belgrade.

He attributed the responsibility to President Aleksandar Vučić, because by law he commands the Serbian army, which participated in the transport from The Hague and the honoring of Mladić.
