The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Elmedin Konaković, met this morning in Sarajevo with Congressman and Chairman of the Subcommittee on Europe of the US House of Representatives Committee on Foreign Affairs Keith Self and Congressman Suhas Subramanyam, who arrived yesterday on an official visit to BiH.
There were no statements to the media before the meeting, and the US Embassy in Sarajevo announced after the meeting that a substantive discussion had taken place with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of BiH about the Western Balkans and the role of BiH in regional stability.
The two congressmen began their visit yesterday at the Presidency of BiH, and then had meetings at the Ministry of Defense, which was also attended by the Chargé d’Affaires at the US Embassy, John Ginkel.
