Radoncic_-_Moon_3 (1)The President of SBB and the BiH Minister of Security Fahrudin Radončić received in Sarajevo today the Ambassador of the US to BiH Patrick Moon.

The US Ambassador thanked the Minister of Security for showing leadership in resolving the situation from 6-7 June.

He assessed that the peaceful demonstrations of citizens is a democratic right to exert pressure on the government to faster and more responsibly do their jobs that serve the general interest.

On this occasion, he strengthened the importance of resolving the issue of military property and the JMB, and put a particular emphasis on Euro Atlantic integration and the reform of the FBIH, and the constructive role of the SBBBiH in this process.

Ambassador Moon particularly highlighted the work of the Ministry of Security in the last six months and expressed the importance of the adoption of a strategy in the fight against human trafficking and further strengthening the legality in this situation.

Ambassador Moon welcomed all efforts that would enable officials from the RS and the Croatian cabinet to return to their jobs in BIH institutions.

He expressed the hope that this would happen soon, because it is in the best interest of BiH citizens and the country, announced the Press Center of the SBB.
