BiH needs to quickly present a Reform Agenda within the Growth Plan

The Head of the European Union Delegation to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Luigi Soreca, announced that he had today “a significant exchange of views on the EU agenda with the Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the leader of the SDP, Nermin Nikšić”.

“We focused on the need for BiH to quickly present the Reform Agenda within the Growth Plan, which would bring enormous benefits in deepening integration with the European single market, as well as up to a billion euros for the implementation of the agreed reforms”, Soreca announced on X.

In order to fully take advantage of this offer, he believes, it is crucial that the Reform Agenda is finalized before the Western Balkans leaders’ summit in Skopje on June 30.

“The Growth Plan could be transformative for the BiH economy. Now is the time to seize this great opportunity”, said Soreca.
