BiH Prosecutor’s Office sent through the Ministry of Justice, the judicial application of the Swiss Confederation, which requires that Naser Orić be returned to Bosnia and Herzegovina, and for him not be extradited to Serbian judicial system, because it would endanger the subject Naser Orić et al pending before the courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is responsible for the prosecution of this case.
In the above case, launched in 2006, Naser Orić was examined in 2008 by the request of the District Prosecution in Bijeljina, and the case was according to the decision of the Court of BiH taken to the jurisdiction of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and the BiH Court in 2009.
Given that this is a person who is a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and available to judicial authorities, as well as responding to the calls of judicial bodies, in the aforementioned case, custody or other measures of prohibition were not sought, the PR Office of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office.
