The mine and thermal power plant “Ugljevik” lost a dispute with “Elektrogospodarstva Slovenije” weighing 67 million euros, or about 131 million BAM.

It is a final verdict that was handed down by the Arbitration Council in Belgrade, starting from June 12, 2011 and until the decision was made, based on the claim of Slovenians for non-delivered electricity.

In the council’s decision of July 3, RiTe Ugljevik was ordered to pay the specified amount within 30 days of receiving the decision.

We remind you that the Slovenians initiated two disputes against RiTE “Ugljevik” and Bosnia and Herzegovina, demanding huge compensation based on pre-war investments in the thermal power plant.
