Slavica Ecclestone, the former wife of former Formula 1 president Bernie Ecclestone, was attacked and slightly injured, and the Swiss police are investigating the case.

Večernji list has learned that Slavica Ecclestone was attacked on Saturday night in her house in Switzerland, where two masked attackers broke in. The attack happened around one after midnight while she was sleeping.

As Večernji learns, Ecclestone suffered minor injuries, the attackers ran away, and the case is being investigated by the Swiss police.

While they were married, Bernie and Slavica Ecclestone were one of the most famous couples in the world, and their divorce case in 2009 lasted only 58 seconds.

Slavica received more than a billion dollars worth of real estate and a stake in stocks.

As a reminder, she is a native of Lakataši and often visits her hometown.
