Border Police Unit Bijeljina detected a forged Bulgarian Identity Card

On 4 September 2019, officers of Border Police Unit Bijeljina detected a forged Bulgarian identity card during border check of a foreigner, upon entering Bosnia and Herzegovina at International Border Crossing Point Rača. By further work on the second line of border checks, officers of this Unit found the original document, on the basis of which it was established that he was a citizen of the Republic of Turkey. He was controlled in a Volvo vehicle, of Bulgarian license plates. The prosecutor of the District Public Prosecutor’s Office in Bijeljina was informed about the event, following whose order, the case was handed over to officers of Border Police Station Sremska Rača of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Serbia.

On 3 September 2019, officers of BPU Gradiška apprehended two BiH citizens upon entering our country at BCP Gradiška. E.T. (born in 1995) was apprehended because he was wanted by Municipal Court in Bugojno for criminal offence of ‘Theft’, while B.M. (born in 1989) was apprehended as wanted by Basic Court in Banja Luka for criminal offence of ‘Theft’. E.T. was handed over to officers of Court Police Odžak, and B.M. was handed over to officers of Court Police Banja Luka.
