At the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo (KCUS), 279 samples were tested for coronavirus, and 23 were positive, was confirmed for Klix.ba from KCUS.

As many as 16 positives are from Sarajevo. In addition, two positive people each are from Travnik and Zenica, and one each from Maglaj, Kakanj and Trnovo.

This is the biggest jump in the number of infected people since the abolition of the state of emergency in Federation of BiH and the mitigation of measures when it comes to testing at KCUS.

In addition, this is the largest number of infected people in 24 hours in Sarajevo since the beginning of the pandemic. The worst situation is currently in the Tuzla Canton, where the procedure for declaring a coronavirus epidemic has been re-launched. The most complicated situation is in Zivinice.

Tesanj also has a larger number of infected people, and yesterday it was confirmed that the coronavirus had returned to the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, where a woman from Stolac was infected.
