Alno companyBH investor Tahoe became the majority owner of the famous German manufacturer of kitchens, Alno.

Tahoe offered 50 cents per share to the shareholders of Alno and took more than 43 % of the capital.

Manufacturer of kitchens from Pfullendorf lately operated with a loss. Therefore, Max Müller, the CEO, welcomed the agreement with the Tahoe.

“They are a big strategic investor, they are guaranteeing stability and a clear perspective of the business,” said Müller.

Tahoe is one of the subsidiary companies in the business empire of Bosnian Hastor family that owns the Prevent Group.

Family Hastor came into the spotlight of German public after a recent dispute with Volkswagen, which is why the production of the best-selling European car Golf was blocked for a few days.
