bugojnoThe exhibition of young artist Ferid Bašić set in the center square Sultan Ahmed Street in Bugojno these days is attracting the attention of fine art fans.

His first solo exhibition titled “Prođoh Bosnom kroz gradove”, (I passed through the cities of Bosnia) presents 26 pictures with the elements of Bosnian cities.

“These pictures I would like to introduce to my citizens, but also to all those who are currently residing in Bugojno. Pictures are created in plaster and paint, and the slogan of my exhibition is derived from my great interest in the cities of B&H. I have been creating it for four years and I can say I’ve used the techniques of painting on canvas, wood carving, engraving. Lately, I paint even on the walls”, says the 23-year-old artist from Bugojno.

He is grateful for the interest that has been shown for the exhibition and especially for the support that was provided to him by the entrepreneurs and artists Adil and Emir Ramčić from Bugojno.

His wish is that his hobby becomes a profession in which he can be able to express his creativity and love for art.
