Capacities in BiH strengthened by New 40-Doping Controllers

anti-dopingAnti-Doping Control Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina has strengthened its capacity after training held in Sarajevo, Tuzla and Banja Luka for 40 new doping control officers trained to perform this responsible task in accordance with the rules of the World Anti-Doping Agency.

The Anti-Doping Control Agency of BiH stated that training for doping control by taking blood samples were held on Friday, the 28th of October, and Saturday, the 30th of October, in Sarajevo and Tuzla, and ended with training in Banja Luka.

A total of 15 candidates from Sarajevo and Tuzla, and 10 in Banja Luka, have been educated during these three days.

The Anti-Doping Control Agency of BiH in this way strengthened fight against doping in order to meet international obligations and to cope with the current challenges of the fight against doping, whose part are doping blood tests.
