The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CEC BiH) has ordered the recount of ballots from seven regular polling stations in Mostar tomorrow.

At today’s emergency session, it was decided that the recount will start tomorrow at 10:00 AM, and that accredited observers can be present during the recount.

The CEC announced that, after considering the report of the chief controller for processing and entering the election results of the local elections in Mostar, the Main Counting Center was ordered to count the ballots by political entities to determine the number of invalid ballots from five polling stations.

For the ballots from one of those five polling stations, a check of the number of votes for the candidates of the political entity “Stay here – together for our Mostar” was ordered, the CEC stated.

The CEC also ordered that bags with counted ballots be opened from two polling stations and determine whether they contained ballots for the level of the city constituency 199, to count, determine and include the results.
