The President of HDZ BiH Dragan Covic stated that changes to the Election Law of BiH represent a key task that needs to be completed.
“A key task remained, the Electoral Law, which we have to finish, and it is the reason why our European path suffered, and why we did not fulfill the Questionnaire of EC,” said Covic.
He added that there is no problem for any determined program not to be executed on time.
“Now, we can present our infrastructure plans for the next four years, because I am sure that BiH will be on its way to the EU at the end of this cycle, and this entire area will join the EU,” stated Covic.
“I introduced my hosts with my conversations with representatives of the Government of the Republic of Croatia, and I also attended a working lunch with some US officials. I believe that the position of the Croatian people is quite good, and how good will it be depends on us and how much we will invest in this position. Today, there is no institution of the Croatian people in BiH that had no surplus last year, and I believe that we will be even more noticed through this calendar and fiscal year. This means an obligation to the municipality, canton, entity, the entire country and all of us at any level of government to respect our plans,” stated Chairman Covic.
