They jointly stated that regardless of all controversies around these threats, they can be useful to improve international criminal law and the work of international courts and prosecutors’ offices.

Radmanović informed Ban Ki Moon about the current political situation in BiH, implementation of the decision Sejdić-Finci and the process of European integration.

Radmanović stated that regardless the current political dead-lock in the reforms on the road towards the EU, citizens and the largest number of political representatives in BiH are firmly committed for BiH membership to the EU.

Ban Ki Moon expressed his will to offer technical and expert help to BiH concerning the issue of constitutional changes and other reforms in the country.

They exchanged opinions on the situation in the region, especially concerning the issue of Kosovo and the current dialogue of Belgrade and Priština.

It was jointly said that that issue should be solved with full responsibility for the interests of both, because that would have positive effects on the situation in the entire region.

Ban Ki Moon lauded the participation of BiH representatives in peace missions in the world and once again thanked BiH institutions for their dedication to these issues and asked BIH to offer full legal support to representatives of the OUN in BiH in accordance with Wien Convention on Diplomatic Relations.
