Chairman of the FB&H House of Representatives and President of the Commission for European Integration of the FB&H House of Representatives Fehim is participating at the regional conference called ‘Parliamentary oversight of IPA funds’, which is being held in Ohrid, Macedonia.
The confernece is attended by representatives of the parliaments of Western Balkan countries, who are acting through the commissions for European integration and the committees for economy and finance.
During the conference, the role of parliaments in its responsiblity towards the European path was highlighted, with a particular emphasis on procedures and control procedures for financial pre-accession funds of the EU.
The B&H delegation, led by Chairman Škaljić, held bilateral talks with the delegation of Macedonia. Both sides expressed their readiness for continued cooperation in the exchange of experiences of the Committee for European Intengration, announced today the Cabinet fo the Chairman of the FB&H House of Representatives.
