Chairman Zvizdic met with the Ambassador of Egypt

zvizdic-el atawiChairman of the Council of Ministers Denis Zvizdic talked with the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt in BiH Yasser El Atawi regarding bilateral relations between the two countries.

It was noted that the relations between the two countries are good and friendly. They particularly noted good cooperation in the fields of culture and education and they stated that there is significant space for improving economic cooperation between the two countries.

During the meeting, Chairman Zvizdic informed Ambassador El Atawi about the current political situation in BiH. He emphasized that the year of 2016 was the most successful European year for BiH, during which was achieved significant progress on the European path.

He added that our country is currently preparing answers to the submitted Questionnaire of the European Commission and that he expects BiH to receive candidate status at the end of this year or early next year, as announced by the Council of Ministers of BiH.
