Team of volunteers of the Association ”Solidarnost” which led the first BiH humanitarian convoy to Syria has successfully finished its mission.
After a long journey they gave 40 tons of clothes and food, 27,500 kg of flour, 2 000 blankets, and 1418 packages with necessities for babies to the refugees.
Apart from that they collected 72 000 BAM , which was given to refugees.
The leader of the trip Midhat Kasap said that the money was spent for necessities for babies, and there is a great number of babies in refugee centres in Hatay region. Kasap added that the camps are barely good for living.
Kasap announced that soon they’ll plan another charity action in order to help Syrian refugees.
