Chief Prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office met with SIPA Officials

The Acting Chief Prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office Gordana Tadic, together with Prosecutors from the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption, held a meeting at the premises of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH with officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) and the Public Procurement Agency of BiH.

The central topics of the meeting were the observed abuses in public procurement processes at BiH level, as well as joint activities in detection and prosecution of corrupt criminal offenses in public procurement processes at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The draft protocol on cooperation that will expedite communication and cooperation between institutions was also discussed at the meeting, as well as the appointment of contact persons who will be coordinating the activities in institutions.
