13233330_1769622833274393_932582339_nIn Frankfurt on Main on Wednesday was signed a strategic agreement on cooperation between the city of Mostar and the German company ADC from Deidesheim, which represents one of the largest Chinese corporations, including the Chinese Airline Company HNA.

As stated during the signing of the agreement, which is the first step in concretization of the investment, the Chinese side is primarily interested in projects that are related to Mostar’s industrial zone and Mostar Airport, especially the passenger-cargo terminal.

Since Chinese investors from this group, represented by the German company, invest a lot in the Republic of Croatia (completed purchase of an important hotel complex near Dubrovnik was mentioned as well), the Chinese investors from this corporation want to expand their business to the territory of BiH and Mostar, which is, as they said, very interesting to them because of the proximity of the airport and the port in Ploce.

If the smallest possible segment of this company and corporation would start investing in Mostar, this city would get a lot.

“Chinese investors are interested in the construction of certain parts of the automotive industry in our industrial area, and they are very interested in the construction of hotels and other accommodation facilities as well as investing in Mostar Airport. Thus, Mostar would receive a large number of tourists, and there would also be a great number of new workplaces,” said Beslic.

During the signing of the contract it was stated that Chinese corporation that is interested in investing in the area of Dubrovnik, Mostar and Makarska, has about 180,000 employees and achieves the profit of several billion USD.
