According to official data of the FBiH, the most promising business area in BiH is the Municipality of Tesanj, where almost 1.750 people have been employed during the last two years.

Based on the data of the Government of FBiH, more than 32,000 people were employed in a period of a bit more than two years. Looking at the same period, the number of unemployed persons in the records of the employment agencies was decreased by 36.375. It is a difference of over 4000 people, who most probably left BiH.

The total number of employees in the FBiH was 508,113 on June 30, while the number of unemployed persons amounted to 355,288.

It should also be emphasized that companies established in the last two years made a significant contribution to the decrease of the unemployment. Therefore, 10 new companies in the FBiH are employing around 1,000 people, mostly in Tuzla and the Municipality of Novi Grad, Sarajevo.
