Southeast European Investment Comapany – SEIC, currently one of the leading private investors in B&H is about to finish the construction of a large object worth 12 million BAM in the centre of Sarajevo.

It is an investment worth millions and the owners are investors from Europe and Middle East who already constructed the residential object “Dvor”, also in the centre of Sarajevo and are constructing right now the hotel “Marriot Residence Inn”.

These investments have multiple purpose. It stimulates rich investors and business people to come to Sarajevo and strengthens the economy of the country.
The final works on this beautiful object are planned for November this year.
This object has six floors, 41 residential apartment (from 40 square meters to penthouse of 370 square meters) and internal and external garaging space. There is also a hobby centre of 352 square meters, a fitness gym and children’s playing space.
