By order of the Ministry of Communal Economy, Infrastructure, Spatial Planning, Construction and Environmental Protection of Sarajevo Canton, the episode “Warning” for the area of the Canton, as well as the intervention measures that were in force, was abolished.
Due to the change in weather and strong wind during the night, there was a drastic drop in the concentration of PM10 particles.
At the cantonal measuring stations, the measured values of this pollutant at 11:00 a.m. ranged from two to seven micrograms per cubic meter of particles.
Due to the geographical specificities of the iliac basin, slower air clearing was recorded in this area compared to other parts of KS.
With the favorable weather situation, announced for the next two days, which will favor clean air, the conditions have been met for the cancellation of intervention measures.
