The Chairperson of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Borjana Krišto, extended a congratulatory message on the occasion of March 1, the Independence Day of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In her congratulatory message, Krišto recalled that on this day in 1992, Bosnia and Herzegovina became an independent, sovereign and internationally recognized state, and that “this historical moment will remain recorded as the date that determined us to continue strengthening our homeland together as a state of three constitutive and equal peoples and all others who live in it.
Today, our homeland is at the very door of a large European family. I am convinced that full membership in the European Union is our common goal and the future we all strive for. On this path, we must be united, with desire and faith in a better tomorrow, and work sincerely and uncompromisingly to achieve all our strategic commitments. I extend my sincere congratulations on the occasion of March, 1 Independence Day of Bosnia and Herzegovina, stated Chairperson Krišto in her message.
