Company Kapis from Tomislavgrad Saved!

kapisThe German company Athabasca Investment from Eschwege became the owner of Factory “Kapis” from Tomislavgrad. Factory “Kapis” produces cables.

Behija Huseinbegovic, the director in charge, who worked less than a year during the bankruptcy of this company, announced that the German company Athabasca Investment bought company “Capis” today for the amount of EUR 5.5 million Euros.

“German investors have entered today into possession, made the formalities of the takeover, and the continuation of production of power cables, aluminum and copper cables and cable installation continued under their control” said Huseinbegović.

She added that the foreign company has planned strategy for further production and are currently focused on the formation of management inside the factory.
