Construction of the Complex “Tarčin Forest Resort” (gallery)

[wzslider autoplay=”true”]The complex “Tarčin Forest Resort” covers the area of 350.000 square meters and is located 15 minutes away from the Airport. The project foresees construction of a Wellness & Spa hotel covering 6.000 square meters, 22 residential buildings with 176+ housing units, 135 individual housing facilities with surface area of 150 square meters, and amenities for recreation in natural environment.

The complex was designed in accordance with the natural environment, with the use of finishing materials that are accordant to the natural ambience.

Project investor is “TIDC” – Tarčin International Development Company. The project was designed by the architecture studio AHAKNAP. Contractor is the company BUILD Ltd. Hadžići, while the supervisor is the company Saraj engineering Ltd.

Works began in march this year and completion of the first stage of works is planned by the end of this year.
