Construction of the project “Neretva Elite Resort” was planned at the locality of the Konjic Municipality, which is envisaged as a project of elite residential units (villas) with accompanying amenities: hotels, restaurants, tennis, football and basketball courts, indoor and outdoor pools, etc.
“Neretva Elite Resort” project is unique for its geographical position. The location is surrounded by the Neretva River, and the famous Boračko Lake s only five minutes away from the location.
The project leader Emir Šabanović said that a series of activities are already activated at the location, such as rafting, fishing, camping, safari…
“We are currently negotiating with several European and several Arab investors who showed great interest in investing in this project. However, negotiations are still in progress and we have not signed the exclusive contract with neither one of those companies yet,” Šabanović said.
The project value is 20 million EUR, and its completion is expected within two years since the signing of the contract.
