Construction of Tarčin Forest Resort nearing Completion

tarcin-forest-resortConstruction of the complex “Tarčin Forest Resort”, which covers 350.000 square meters, is nearing completion. The complex is located 15 minutes away from the Sarajevo Airport.

The project foresees construction of a Wellness and Spa hotel covering 6.000 square meters, 22 residential facilities with more than 176 residential units, 135 individual residential facilities with 150 square meters of surface area, and other amenities for recreation in a natural environment.

The complex “Tarčin Forest Resort” is designed in accordance with the natural environment, with the use of finishing materials that comply with the ambience.

Project investor is TIDC – Tarčin International Development Company. The project was made by the architecture studio AHAKNAP. Contractor is BUILD Ltd Hadžić, and the company Saraj Engineering Ltd is in charge of supervision.

Works began in March this year and the first stage is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
