Cookbooks that bring recipes of dishes from the Bosnian tradition are increasingly popular and can often be found on shelves in many bookstores.
However, this is the first cookbook dedicated to the traditional dishes of the Bosnian Sephardi Jews.
This edition is signed by Eli and Mirjan Tauber – creators of the event “The Night of the Sephardi Kitchen”, which marked its tenth anniversary this year within the “Baščaršija Nights”.
Promotion of the book will be held today at 12 am in the Bosniak Institute Sarajevo.
After the promotion, guests will have the opportunity to taste the Sephardi dishes.
