Council of Ministers of BiH to hold a Meeting Today

The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina should consider today the Draft Law on Prevention of Conflict of Interest in the Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, proposed by the Ministry of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Draft Law on the Courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which was also proposed by that ministry, should also be considered.

The draft law on the organization of the wine market in Bosnia and Herzegovina, proposed by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of Bosnia and Herzegovina, should also be before the ministers.

The Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina proposed the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Foreigners, which should also be considered.

The agenda of the session should also include the Proposal for a decision on displaying the European Union flag in ministries, administrative organizations and other bodies of the BiH Council of Ministers, which was proposed by the Cabinet of the Chairperson of the Council of Ministers, Bojana Krišto.

Among other things, the Proposal for a decision on the distribution of funds from the current budget reserve of the Budget of the institutions of BiH and international obligations of BiH for the year 2023 to the Ministry of Security of BiH for the purpose of remediation of the consequences of floods should also be considered, as well as the Information on the recommendations of NATO according to the document “Information on the implementation of activities from the Reform Program of BiH 2021 and the Reform Program of Bosnia and Herzegovina 2022”.
