Council of Ministers of BiH to meet Today

The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina is scheduled to consider today the Report on the Implementation of the Law on the Control of the Movement of Weapons and Military Equipment for 2025, proposed by the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The session is also scheduled to consider the Report from the Central Database on Serious Crimes Committed in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2025, proposed by the Ministry of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The agenda should include the Proposal for a Report on the Work of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2025, as well as reports on the work of the institutions of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2025.

The Annual Report of the Communications Regulatory Agency for 2025 is also one of the scheduled agenda items.

The ministers should have before them a Proposal for a Resolution on the Proposal for the Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of the Independent System Operator in Bosnia and Herzegovina from the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Proposal for a Decision on the Approval of Current Budget Reserve Funds from the Budget of the Institutions of BiH and International Obligations of BiH to the City of Zvornik should be considered, as well as the Proposal for a Decision on the Approval of Current Budget Reserve Funds from the Budget of the Institutions of BiH and International Obligations of BiH to the City of Goražde.

It is planned to consider the Information on the Implementation of the Decision on the Procedure for Harmonizing the Legislation of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the Acquis of the European Union in the Period from 1 January to 31 December 2025.

The last items on the agenda, marked confidential, are the Proposal for a Rulebook on Amendments to the Rulebook on the Internal Organization of the Institute for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions, Detention and Other Measures of BiH, and the Proposal for a Rulebook on Amendments to the Rulebook on the Internal Organization of the Intelligence and Security Agency of BiH.
