The Prosecutor’s Office of B&H was notified that the indictment in the case “Naser Oric and others” was entirely confirmed by the Court of B&H, it was announced from the Prosecutor’s Office of B&H.
The indictment, which was filed in late August, charges Naser Oric and Sabahudin Muhic for acting contrary to the provisions of the International humanitarian law and the Geneva Conventions during the aggression at the territory of Srebrenica and Bratunac, as the commanders and members of the forces of Army of RB&H.
It is alleged in the indictment that the defendants committed murder of three inmates of Serb nationality during 1992 at the localities of Zalazje, Lolici, and Kunjerac.
The defendants are charged with the criminal offense of war crime against prisoners of war.
