Croatian Businessman Luka Rajic donates for the Mosque and School

lukaSeveral manifestations will take place today in Konjic on the occasion of the visit of Luka Rajic, one of the richest Croatian businessman, who was born in Konjic.

At 4:40 pm ceremonious revelation of plates of donors ahead of Gradska (Town) Mosque in Konjic will take place. Luka Rajic donated 40,000 BAM for making a fence around the mosque. The ceremony will be attended by Mayor of Konjic Emir Bubalo and the President of the Majlis from Konjic, Emir Duranovic.

Rajic has also donated funds in the amount of about 50,000 BAM in music equipment, and on that occasion will be organized visit to the Music Center “Rezonanca (Resonance)” at 5 pm.

After signing the contract with new students of this school for school year 2016/2017, there will be held a concert in the Music Center “Rezonanca”, and vocal ensemble and children’s choir as well as music school will perform (the beginning of the concert is planned for 7 pm).

In the middle of the concert, Luka Rajic and Emir Bubalo, the Mayor of Konjic, will award diplomas for the completed first grade of Music School.
